RIM has released a new service pack for BES Exchange & Domino.

The following software are now available for download:

• BlackBerry Enterprise Server v4.1 Service Pack 7 for Microsoft Exchange

• BlackBerry Enterprise Server v4.1 Service Pack 7 for IBM Lotus Domino

As a supported BES customer of B-Connected, our support team will test the latest service pack and once they are happy with the functionality / reliabilty will schedule and apply to each customers BES server.

  • Create and Share Picture Albums on Picassa with bbCasa for BlackBerry
    A long time ago, back in 2008, there was an official Picasa app for BlackBerry and it was very short lived. The app looked really good but rumor had it that there were technical difficulties and the Flickr app was going to replace it as the official BlackBerry picture app. Bul System let us know that they have a Picasa app available called bbCasa which could be a good alternative for Picasa users. The app features:
  • Analyst Claims Torch Sales Had No Meaningful Impact on AT&T Revenue
    A Pacific Crest analyst James Faucette claims that the BlackBerry Torch failed to make any significant impact on revenue between RIM and AT&T. In a research note he wrote: “We believe that the Torch has settled into a stable sell-through level while not meaningfully affecting BlackBerry’s overall revenue with AT&T despite rising average selling prices.”
